By Samantha Murphy Kelly | CNNNew York — Apple plans to stop selling some versions of the Apple Watch in the United States as soon as this week to get ahead of what could be one of the most momentous patent disputes in years. The company confirmed to CNN it will no longer be selling its Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2, starting Thursday on Apple.com and from retail locations after December 24.The decision to take one of its most popular products off the shelf follows an ongoing dispute with medical maker Masimo over its blood oxygen feature. DENVER (KDVR) — The 7-7 Denver Broncos were on a hot streak as the team was just one game behind the 9-5 Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West a week ago. However, after the brutal loss against the Detroit Lions on Saturday, the Broncos' chances for a spot in the playoffs are looking less likely but still not impossible. Lions bounce back, beat Broncos 42-17 There was a slim chance the Broncos could take the lead in the AFC West if they won their upcoming games and the Chiefs lost theirs. BERLIN — Just days after German leaders claimed to have resolved the country’s budget crisis, cracks emerged in the three-party compromise as thousands of farmers took to the streets of Berlin on Monday to protest a plan to remove key tax privileges.A convoy of 1,700 tractors blocked the main road leading to the Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin, where thousands of farmers demonstrated against a government proposal to end their tax breaks on fuel and agricultural vehicles. The government wants to introduce the tax increases, which the farmers say would cost the sector about €1 billion per year, to help plug a €17 billion hole in its 2024 budget.“Today we have sent a clear signal to the federal government: Withdraw the tax increases for agriculture,” Joachim Rukwied, a farmer from Baden-Württemberg who serves as president of the German Farmers’ Association, told POLITICO at the demonstration. “Enough is enough, it must be withdrawn. This policy must come to an end, other...
