(CNN) — Five people were fatally shot, including an 8-year-old, in a Cleveland, Texas, home after a Friday night rampage that started with a noise complaint about gunfire, according to the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office.The gunman, who remains at large, was apparently shooting a rifle in his yard when neighbors asked him to stop because a baby was trying to sleep, San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers said. Toronto police have arrested a 16-year-old wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Sudbury. The Greater Sudbury Police Service issued a bulletin Friday and released images of a suspect wanted in the April 21 shooting at Overtime Sports Bar that took the life of a 22-year-old man.Investigators believed the teen was likely in southern Ontario and were granted permission to use his image even though he was under the age of 18 through a provision in the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
